The Covid-19 pandemic heralded an era of the new normal that the world is witnessing today. Still, now, we are very much in the “fog of war ” phase of the calamity. The novel Coronavirus and its worldwide carnage have come as a strategic shock to all of us. In fact in the history of mankind, this is the first time, when everything including the schools has been closed for more than a year. The situation has led us to adopt entirely new methods of teaching and switch to a Virtual Model of education through Online Classes.

Virtual classes are the substitute that has been chosen for the safety of our children.

It goes without saying that an online class can never be a substitute for the hands-on teaching-learning process of a classroom.

However, in this global crisis and the new normal mode of teaching, We, the MADE EASY TEAM, are endeavoring throughout to deliver the best to our children; because we believe that the educators are the ones who can create interest and inquisitiveness among the children. We are putting in our best efforts to retain the essence of physical classes in our online classes.

These days every school has switched to virtual learning and is conducting online classes for its students. However, since this mode of teaching is still new, it will take some time for the parents to grasp this concept and be okay with it, but till then they have some constant queries like-

1. Is my child learning something in this process?
2. Is the overall development of the child taken care of in this new mode of teaching?

Well, to answer all their queries let us share with you the hallmark of our online teaching-learning process:

1. Interactive Sessions: We as educators put in our best efforts to make each of our sessions interactive and interesting for the children.
2. Creative Approach: While books might still be the best source of knowledge, to impart that knowledge in a way that seems interesting to the students requires the adoption of a more unconventional and creative approach. We are the product of the 21st century and we don’t refrain from the creative aspect of the teaching-learning process. Our sessions are filled with new techniques and creative aspects to make the bookish language an interesting experience that they will cherish for a lifetime.
3. Student-teacher ratio: The educators at MADE EASY School believe in working on each and every student individually. We put our best so that each child in the group can understand whatever is delivered. Our student-teacher ratio is 10:1, i.e we only have 10 students per teacher to ensure that there is one-to-one interaction with each student and individual attention is given to them.
4. Technology at its best: The made easy team makes the utmost use of technology. We conduct our classes on the Zoom app which is a user-friendly platform for kids. It allows the teacher to keep an eye on students’ activities. All the students are visible to the teacher which creates the feel of a regular classroom. These classes also help students to interact with their peers and remain social, which is extremely important in these trying times. Children at this age need to have friends and someone to talk to and these classes also act as a way of getting all their friends at the same platform and making them interact with each other.
5. Expert teachers: Not only are we using the best possible technology but we are also endowed with expert teachers who are experienced as well as skillful when it comes to teaching.
6.  Overall development: The social, emotional, creative, cognitive, and other development of the child is taken care of in our teaching-learning process.
7. Motivating and lending an ear to the children: In today’s world of technology, the communication gap is a big problem. But we make it a point to listen to our kids’ problems patiently so that they can feel heard, acknowledged, and motivated.
8.  Instant feedback from parents: We are working to make progress every day and in this process, we encourage feedback from our parents, as it further helps us in improving ourselves on daily basis.
